Alcohol

While we offer cocktail recipe cards, reviews of spirits and tips on mixology, we DO NOT sell alcohol.

Purchases

If you wish to purchase any products or services on https://www.thedarkdivarules.com, you will be required to provide personal information, including your name, mailing address, email address, and phone number as well as a credit card number and/or other payment information. All payments are handled through PayPal.

Pricing

From time to time, we may offer special deals or discounts. These deals and discounts do not apply to prior purchases and are limited to specific time frames and/or volume purchases.

Payment Terms

Payment for product purchases must be received and processed prior to shipment of products. Shipping methods, costs and delivery time will vary by product and be specified in the product information.

Services such as the creation of custom cocktail recipes will vary in terms of pricing and recipe delivery schedule. A down payment of 50% of the agreed upon contract price must be received up front. The balance due date will be negotiated as part of the contract.

Refunds, Replacements and Exchanges

All sales are final.

Refunds, replacements or exchanges will only be offered (at our discretion) for product lost or damaged in transit. For damaged product, visual proof of shipping damage must be presented. The maximum value of any refund, replacement or exchange will not exceed the original purchase cost of the product.

Ownership of Content

The Dark Diva Rules Mixology retains all rights to the images and other content, including but not limited to reviews and recipes, on this web site. In addition, any user submitted comments, images and suggestions become our property and may be used in any capacity without compensation.
